I recently read an article on the side effects of chiropractic care. They include better breathing, fewer or no headaches, increased range of motion, and a improved sense of well being to name a few.
On the other hand I enjoy listening to the list of side effects that great new medication the TV told me to ask my doctor about. It said suicide was rare.

Positive side effects are one of the best reasons to choose chiropractic first. Some of the positive ones we have noticed in the office this week are decreased headaches, improved sinus, improved focus and concentration, improved sleep, sleeping in a bed (instead of an armchair), and many more.
I often make the point that treatments are not specific for any diseases, but many conditions resolve when the spine is treated.
One example this week was a patient that stated that her knee was bothering her but that there was nothing I could do for that because it had hurt for so long. I adjusted her knee and applied kinesio tape. The next visit she hugged me and said she was so grateful she had mentioned something because her pain was nearly resolved!
These are side effects I can handle!
