Retired U.S. Army Brigadier General & First Female West Point Graduate to be promoted to that position— Becky Halstead BRIGADIER GENERAL
Most everyone is thinking of what to cook on the grill about right now in preparation for Memorial Day. Well, maybe it's just me, but I wanted to take a minute to remember those who served and how we can serve them. I had the privilege of hearing General Beck Halstead speak in person about her experience with chiropractic care.
“Chiropractic treatment helped improve my whole outlook on dealing with this chronic ailment (fibromyalgia). The care of a doctor of chiropractic was life changing for me.”
All this is the testimony of one patient. How many more that are serving are not able to experience the benefits of care? A study published in Spine Magazine on the benefits of chiropractic care among those in Active military duty last month showed the following:
Seventy-three percent of participants in the standard medical care plus chiropractic manipulative therapy group rated their global improvement as pain completely gone, much better or moderately better, compared to 17 percent in the standard medical care group.
What?! 73% vs only 17%! There is no comparison!
Happy Memorial Day to ALL and be thankful for the FREEDOMS we have!
